two elected employee representatives (4 year term), two elected Jeffersontown homeowners (4 year term), and three appointees by the county judge/executive or mayor (3 year term).

Open Records Request

The minutes of the Jeffersontown Fire Department monthly trustee meetings will be available by completing an Open Records Request Form, pursuant to KRS 61.872. The minutes of the most recent trustee meeting is available below.

Requests must include a precise description of your petition and whether or not you prefer to view the records at the administrative headquarters of the department or you wish to have the records mailed to your home address. 

 

Additionally, as outlined in KRS 61.878, applications may be denied if the records are in use, places an unreasonable burden to produce the records, or repeated requests are intended to disrupt the essential function of the Fire Department.

3. Select "Fire Minutes" in Instrument Type drop-down menu

4. Set start & end dates for your search

5. Select check box next to "JEFFERSONTOWN"

6. Click "View Names"
