EMT
Emergency Medical Technician

EMTs are trained to provide basic emergency medical care to patients at the scene of an emergency and while transporting them to a medical facility. They are trained in CPR, first aid, and basic life support techniques.

AEMT
Advanced Emergency Medical Technician

AEMTs have more advanced training than EMTs and are qualified to provide a higher level of care. They can administer a limited range of medications, perform more advanced airway management techniques, and provide additional interventions beyond basic life support.

Paramedic
 

Paramedics have the highest level of training among prehospital care providers. They are trained to provide advanced life support, including administering medications, interpreting electrocardiograms (ECGs), and performing advanced airway management techniques.
